Axtria has partnered with PMSA to conduct a tri-series webinar on “Efficient Roster Management – Tactical Approach for Sales Operations Leaders.”

The webinar addresses the importance of an efficient roster management system to maximize successful sales operations. The series is led by Axtria’s SMEs in roster planning, management, and transformation.

Session One discussed why pharma operations need to embrace roster management transformation and the challenges sales operations leaders face in its absence. The webinar also detailed the factors that constitute a successful roster management implementation.

Session Two, on the other hand, focused on integrating roster management with existing HR, alignments and incentive compensation processes. It highlighted the need for inclusion of key stakeholders for successful transformation and adoption of the roster management processes.

Dhiren Patel, Principal, Axtria, has more than 15 years of experiences in analytics. He is responsible for solutions and go to market activities for retail and consumer goods industry verticals and also responsible for building a horizontal data science team. Dhiren holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata. He has an engineering degree in Electronics and Communications from Gujarat University.

 

Gaurav Sharma, Senior Director, Axtria, has over 10+ years of experience and specializes in delivering global enterprise-grade analytics projects. He has a demonstrated track record of creating and delivering multiple industry-leading solutions in the areas of Sales Force Alignment, Targeting, Compensation and Reporting. Gaurav graduated from The City College of New York with a Master’s in Computer Science.

 

Nandana Kondur, Associate Director, Axtria, has 10+ years of professional experience, working in the areas of Commercial Operations, Alignments and Roster Management, Business Process Management and Re-engineering, Software Application Development and IT consulting. She has worked with global clients across industries including Pharma, Healthcare, Insurance and Banking.

During this time, he has worked as a consultant for sales operations and meeting planning functions with focus on bringing process efficiencies by the way of innovative technology transformations.
