As the CFO for US Ferring, Ritesh is responsible for the Finance, Procurement, and Information Technology functions in the U.S. organization.

Ritesh has more than 25 years of finance experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Ferring, he held multiple positions of increasing seniority at Bristol-Myers Squibb, most recently as their Senior Vice President of Finance, Research & Development. During his tenure at BMS, Ritesh was responsible for building and leading robust financial operations globally. His diverse roles included Finance Director for Japan, Head of finance for Europe, Head of Finance for Global Manufacturing, and General Manager for a Global Capability Hub in Switzerland.

He was a Board Member of the RWJ University Hospital Foundation Board of Trustees from 2019 to 2023. Ritesh holds a Master of Business Administration in finance from Drexel University in Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Punjab University in Chandigarh, India.
