As the VP and Global Head of Commercial Data Analytics & AI at Novartis, Vikram spearheads the integration of advanced analytics, AI, and digital platforms to drive commercial innovation and enhance patient outcomes. With over 25 years of experience across the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and technology sectors, Vikram has held pivotal roles at leading organizations, including GSK, Bristol Myers Squibb, Labcorp, McKesson, GE, and Pfizer. In recognition of his contributions to the field, Vikram was honored with the prestigious AI100 Award at MachineCon 2024, celebrating his leadership in artificial intelligence and data analytics. He holds a MS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration, and Bachelor of Technology. He also completed the Chief Technology Officer Program at the University of California, Berkeley. Based in the New York City metropolitan area, Vikram continues to drive digital transformation initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the pharmaceutical industry.
