Axtria’s Innovative Poster Presentations at PMSA 2018

In our previous PMSA blogs we talked about Axtria’s presentations in the General Sessions.  In this blog, we will dive into the informative PMSA poster presentations. Axtria will be presenting 2 of the 16 posters being showcased in the poster session.

Axtria’s first poster presentation is on “Measuring Health System Patient Flow for Effective Targeting”, which will be presented by Shubham Lahoti, Associate Director. This poster will provide insights on how to establish methodologies to calculate potential overlaps within different accounts. The poster presentation will discuss in detail the methodology that is used to de-duplicate and convert account level potential to health system level potential.

Axtria’s second poster will be presented by Sameer Sardana, Senior Director, on an equally thought provoking topic, “Measuring the Financial and Non-Financial Impact of Sales Contests Investments” Sales contests are a crucial part of incentive compensation and are used to motivate sales reps during key market events. The poster will present a comprehensive assessment framework that incorporates financial ROI, change in rep activity/behavior, as well as measurement of field force motivation and sentiment. The poster aims to address how sales contests can generate significant gains regarding incremental sales revenue.

The poster presentations are from 11:45 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. on Monday, April 30th and Tuesday, May 1st. We encourage you to visit the poster forum to learn more about these topics.
