Axtria, a global big data analytics company, is pleased to announce a strategic agreement with Boehringer Ingelheim (a top 20 pharmaceutical manufacturer) to provide end-to-end Incentive Compensation services to its global commercial teams. As part of the agreement, over 12,000 users across Boehringer Ingelheim’s global markets will be deployed on Axtria’s SalesIQ. There are already 3,500 users in the US and Japan live on the platform today.
Previously, all bonus and incentive processes at Boehringer Ingelheim were localized within each business unit and region. With a focus on driving field force effectiveness, Boehringer Ingelheim aims to standardize on a modern, enterprise-grade platform that aligns compensation strategies and implements best practices globally.
