Under Asheesh’s leadership the practice grew to serve Top Tier firms with effective cloud computing innovation that pioneered business processes as a service. As a thought leader, Asheesh was a speaker in key conferences and managed an Industry Advisory Board for Cognizant’s Healthcare and Life Sciences practice. Erik Christianson, Senior Director, Commercial Excellence, Axtria
Erik Christianson has more than 10 years of experience working with pharmaceutical data providers, sales performance management software firms and incentive compensation practices. With strong background in managing field communications, Erik has led incentive compensation design projects across diverse therapeutic categories including oncology, specialty pharmaceuticals, biosimilars, vaccines, major retail brands, and medical devices. He has hands-on experience building contest and rewards programs aligned with sales and marketing objectives.

Peter Koniaris has 15 years of pharmaceutical commercial operations experience. He is a Sales Operations subject matter expert for Incentive Compensation, Reporting and Call Planning.
